Cyberethics, Cybersecurity, Cybersafety Baseline Study

Welcome to the National C3 Baseline Survey. Thank you for your interest.

This survey is a part of a larger awareness initiative, sponsored by the National Cyber Security Alliance. Questions in this survey are designed to understand the level of Cyberethics, safety and security educational awareness policies, initiatives, curriculum and practices currently taking place in the U.S. public and private K-12 educational settings.

If you are a County/District/Local Technology Coordinator/Director or Educator you are invited to participate in this survey, because your input is essential for us to help document the status of cyber ethics, safety and security education within our nation’s schools, and assist in designing a more comprehensive informal cyberawareness program.

Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary. If you complete this survey, you will have the option to be entered into lucky drawings for one of several iPod Shuffles®. All information you provide will be kept confidential. Please answer all questions to the best of your knowledge.

This online survey will be open until 10-31-07. Please complete the survey as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please contact: Davina Pruitt-Mentle, 410 531 3910, dpruitt@umd.edu
